This drop-in strength and conditioning program is designed for high school athletes who have previously trained with our coaching staff. Each athlete will receive a personalized workout plan tailored to their sport, goals, and training history.
Sessions begin with a structured group warm-up followed by speed and conditioning drills that build explosive power, agility, and overall athletic performance. Athletes will then transition into their individual strength training programs under the guidance of a coach, ensuring proper technique, progression, and safety.

**Class will be offered 3 days per week. Purchase of this class includes 2 classes per week. Athletes will sign up for 2 of the 3 days offered based on their preferred days and times.
