High School & College: Fit For Season

This drop-in strength and conditioning program is designed for high school and college athletes who are looking to enhance their performance this summer. Off-season is the time for getting stronger, faster, and more durable for upcoming seasons. 

We will kick off the class with performance testing (see dates below). Sessions will begin with a structured group warm-up followed by drills that will support speed and conditioning development. Athletes will then transition onto the gym floor under the guidance of a coach, ensuring proper technique, progression, and safety. Class design will vary day to day but the integral intention of classes will remain consistent across weeks. We will conclude this class commitment with repeat performance testing.

Key Features:

  • Designed for athletes ages 14–21

  • Pre/Post testing with individual performance report cards

  • Flexible drop-in format

  • 3 sessions per week included with registration ($20 per additional class)

  • 6:1 athlete to coach ratio

  • **At least 1 year of lifting experience preferred, however not required

**Class will be offered 5 days per week. Purchase of this class includes 3 classes per week. Athletes will sign up for 3 of the 5 days offered based on their preferred days and times.
