Intro to Strength and Conditioning Class: Juniors (ages 12-14)

This group class is designed for young athletes (ages 12-14) with little to no experience in strength training. The focus is on building a strong athletic foundation through movement exploration, coordination, and body control…key elements for long-term athletic success.

Athletes will be introduced to essential movement patterns used in the weight room, including squatting, hinging, pressing, and pulling. Emphasis is placed on proper technique, developing body awareness, and building confidence in a supportive, age-appropriate environment.

Class Highlights:

  • For athletes ages 12–14 with beginner-level experience

  • Learn proper form and movement mechanics

  • Develop coordination, strength, and athleticism

  • Build confidence and a foundation for future training opportunities with Wholeset Fitness

This is an excellent starting point for young athletes looking to safely begin their strength training journey and improve overall physical literacy.

**Class will be offered 3 days per week. Purchase of this class includes 2 classes per week. Athletes will sign up for 2 of the 3 days offered based on their preferred days and times.
